A Personal Note:

Composition.
This is the key word that sustains my work. The composition of the frame, the composition of a narrative, or even the composition of the individual. I work endlessly to capture the composition of the life found in very particular moments. From a caterpillar's first stretch upward to a new leaf, to a batter's very first home-run on the field. What work, functions, and effort subsists these special moments, and how can I, as an individual, justify the emotional weight a moment like that carries. Whether through pen and paper, or through the lens, I live to serve the composition in every story.

Big and small.
